The conference game
A few weeks ago, I attended Writing to Win: Plain Language Jury Instructions, a conference held at the Washburn University School of Law. The speakers provided a tremendous amount of insight into the legal profession's plain language movement. My sincere thanks to all the judges and lawyers I met in Topeka. You were most generous with your time, and helped answer a great deal of the questions I went there to ask.
Special thanks to Professor Lyn Goering, who organized the conference.
